Since our products are custom and we cannot stop once our Production process has started, once an order has been approved to print and started production, it cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded.
- Refunds can be issued if the order has not started production.
- A 20% cancellation fee may be assessed.
- Refunds can only be applied back to the original card charged.
- High Impact Custom Designs are nonrefundable if the first mock-up has been sent.
