Adobe Illustrator
If you are using Illustrator for your files, we recommend that you outline your text. Sometimes during file creation, a font may be used that our team doesn’t have access to. Outlining turns your text into an object so that the font you have selected is able to be used, and as such, the text is no longer able to be edited. To turn your text into outlines, select your text and right click on it. Select “Create Outlines”.
Once you have your outlines created, it should look like the bottom “SilkCards”:
Adobe Photoshop
For Photoshop users, there is also a way to outline your text. To begin, right click on your text layer on the right “Layers” panel:
Select “Convert to Shape”, and your text should now look like this:
