Resolution
If you're planning to submit vector files, then you don't have to worry about the image resolution. Vector files offer the best print quality. More familiar with pixel files? No worries, just make sure that the image resolution is at 300 ppi and no less. Orders with low resolution files will be placed on hold until we receive new files, slowing your turnaround time.

Color Mode
CMYK vs. RGB Files
We require your file to be in CMYK format instead of RGB as we do print CMYK. If you send us an RGB file, there is a significant color shift as any RGB colors are designed to be viewed digitally, not printed. Below is an example of the color shift between CMYK and RGB:

Be Mindful of These Colors:
A color shown in your design file is printed using the mixture of cyan, magenta, yellow and black, hence, CMYK. There are certain colors that will not print correctly when printed in CMYK, such as: gold, very dark colors such as navy blue, certain blues and purples, and bright fluorescent colors.
Generally, you want to ensure that your color build includes at least a 20% difference between the cyan and magenta values to help avoid a color shift.
Things to Remember:
The final production proof that is sent over for your review is our best interpretation of your files. It is extremely important to ensure that all of the following details are correct prior to approving your proof: spelling, content, grammar, and product/ add-on specifications. With all said, keep in mind that the color shown on your computer monitor is brighter than what will be printed, leaving us unable to guarantee a 100% color match between the color shown on your monitor in comparison to the color printed.
