You're assigned to a Design Consultant, who works directly with you to make sure your cards are created the way you want! They’ll communicate with you and our designers to make any adjustments or changes, and they are able to make suggestions based on their knowledge of our products. The Design Service is for the design only, and it is a one-time non-refundable fee of $99.
If the design isn't exactly what you wanted, you have the opportunity to send it back for revisions up to 5 times! If you have any deadlines or events we ask that you let us know so that we can give you an accurate turnaround. There is a subsequent fee of $10 per every revision past the initial 5. You also are able to have two design overhauls (a complete redesign). Any subsequent design overhauls are $50 per each.
After the design is approved, your design consultant will be able to discuss the pricing of the approved design. Have a specific price range in mind? We ask that you let us know as soon as possible so that we may create a design with the add-ons that we feel best adhere to your budget. Please let us know the quantity and if there are multiple versions, which version you will be approving.
You may print this design with us for an unlimited amount of times. However, if you desire complete release/ownership of the files, this will be an additional $99.
