What Happens Next?
After selecting your shipping method and inputting your credit card information, you’ll be given an order number. Your order will then be sent to our Order Processing team. They’ll review your order, files, and customer notes.
After looking over your order, our team will get everything processed and sent out to our proofing staff.
- If there are any issues, your order processor will reach out to you via phone or email.
- Our production team will then create a digital proof based on your files. This will show you how your card will look, as well as each add-on layer.
- We print based off of the proof, which is why this is one of the most important parts of the ordering process.
- We only begin printing once your proof is approved, so we do ask that you look over your proof as closely as possible.

Once your digital proof is made, it will be sent out via email to you. You can also view your proof by clicking on “Proof Pending” on your SilkCards account. When your proof has been approved, it will go into production the following business day.
Please keep in mind we are unable to change or stop the order once production has started, so looking for any spelling, spacing, or any other design details is essential before approving your proof.
